Federica Pericle, PhD, MBA has a solid experience with large Biotech European Funds, VCs and several biotechnology companies in Europe and USA.Previously Dr. Pericle was the Director of the Oncology Program at Valentis, in Texas. She has also worked as Senior Scientist in the National Cancer Institute.Dr. Pericle has 15 years of research experience in the fields of cancer gene therapy, tumor biology, immunology/signal transduction and cancer immunotherapy.She has led the research of 10 product candidates for the treatment of cancer and has published over 40 scientific articles in peer-review journals.. Pericle is well acquainted with FDA regulations, clinical trial design and the overall strategy on how to move a product from research into clinical development.. Pericle received her Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Turin University in Italy and had a Specialization in Immunology/Cancer Immunotherapy from the University of South Florida. She also holds an MBA from Texas University.
Ivan Kugener, MD, MBA, MSc was for 6 years Senior Vice President at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie where he was the head of the healthcare team managing a team of 5 funds managers. For the last 3 years of his tenure at LODH his personal recommendations beat the market by 30%. Previously Dr. Kugener was the Director of Strategic Marketing and Competitive Intelligence at Medtronic in Minneapolis (2.5 years), MN. He also was Director of the Cardiac Surgery Division In France (2 years). Before that he worked at Abbott (8 years) as Director of National sales, launching Biaxin and Hytrin in France. He started his career in the French Navy (8.5 years) where he reached the rank of Captain at 25 years old. Dr. Kugener received his MD from Bordeaux University (1989) in France with a Thesis in Psychiatry. He also holds an MBA from Bordeaux University (1986) and a Master in Biomathematics from Bordeaux University (1985).
Enrico Braglia, M.Sc (Economics), ONELIFE ADVISORS SA and SENEXTA THERAPEUTICS SA founder and CEO, received a degree from the Commercial University Bocconi in Milan (Italy). He joined the Swiss pharmaceutical group Helsinn in 1991, from a previous tenure with Fininvest Financial Services, formerly a Mediaset company, where he was responsible for the International Treasury and Finance Office. In Helsinn, he served as Co-CEO and was responsible for all operations including the manufacturing, R&D, regulatory and finance. He also led the business development group in-licensing several new chemical entities. The strategic design and project management of complex international scientific programs was also part of his responsibilities. In Onelife he acts as fund manager and advisor to an ethical fund investing worldwide in life science companies developing therapies for elderly people. He is involved in several professional and no profit International organizations.
Massimo Colnago, M.Sc (Economics) ONELIFE ADVISORS SA Equity Analyst, received a degree from the Bocconi University in Milan (Italy). After an experience in Zurich Capital Markets London where he participated in the launch of hedge fund indices, portfolio analysis and risk scoring; in 2002 he joined Money Bonds Investments SA in Lugano (Switzerland), a wealth management firm, as an Equity Trader. He then became a director for two hedge funds. He is a Certified Financial Fiduciary since June 2007 and also a member of OAD-FCT. In March 2008 he joined Unifida Finance SA as a Wealth Manager and Equity Trader. Since October 2009 he is Equity Analyst for Onelife Advisors SA, focusing on stock analysis for the Prospera Senectute Fund SICAV-SIF which invests in the Life Science Sector.
